My PayFast payment did not go through?
Occasionally payments on the Payfast website take slightly longer depending on who you bank with. Don’t Panic, if the payment does not go through or you have any trouble paying please Contact Us and we will assist in completing your transaction.
Can i trust internet payments?
We have one of the leading South African payment gateways, Payfast. Payfast is an ‘off-site’ secure payment method independent of our site. If you have any trouble please Contact Us.
What size fits me?
Why is the delivery so expensive?
We have covered all bases here with 3 available options to choose from. We have a local pick-up, speed courier services and the local South African Postal service. We however do not have a say on the postal costs and encourage a local pick-up if you wish to save a few ZAR.
What is LOCAL PICK-UP?
We have a choice of 2 addresses that you can collect your prized Funpiece, we will send you an email of collection times once the garment is ready.
The 2 addresses are :-
5 Malopo Rd, Emmarentia.
20A Grafiet St, Fourways.
Can I have a CUSTOM onesie?
The answer is YES, however anything custom comes with a Price Tag. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quotation.
Can i order over the phone?
Funpiece operates purely as an online store. As such, the easiest and simplest way to order your products is via our secure website shopping cart. We use PayFast as our payment gateway so you can be sure that all your details are secure. We do not store any of your payment details
Does Funpiece ship items internationally?
We sure do! Funpiece ships items to happy customers all over the world. We use an express international courier and this means that most international customers can expect their items to arrive within 5-8 business days (dependent on customs clearance and other delays)
How do i track my order?
All packages shipped from our warehouse are trackable. In addition, once your order is complete our team will send you an email (to the email address you have supplied during the order process). If you cannot find this email then please check your spam folder as it is not unusual for spam filters to block emails sent from our team. If you are unable to locate your tracking number sent via email then please contact us via email@example.com
Where do i collect my Funpiece?
We have the following collection points that you may collect from once the factory has dispatched your onesie.
Emmarentia: 5 Malopo Rd, Emmarentia.
Fourways: 20A Grafiet St, Fourways.
We are working on our delivery process please be patient while we get it up and running.
Can i buy your onesies from the shops?
Unfortunately not, we are purely an online store.
